Before joining a regular class you will need an introduction to the technique as the breathing pattern alone can be difficult to master. There are 6 week  beginners’ courses that  run throughout the year. Alternatively  you could arrange a few private sessions to introduce you to the basics. When you are ready to move forward, you can join whichever class is most suitable.
