YOGA WITH KIM - TUESDAYS 7.30PM

In tonight's class we will be working towards dancer pose with back extensions, opening of the shoulders & stretching the hip flexors.
Kim will be working on our balancing skills, offering variations where necessary, so everyone can work at their own pace. Finishing off with some relaxation so we can head home chilled but revitalised.
