We are deligthted to be starting the New Year with another wonderful sound bath with Nicky. After all the chaos in December, we are offering an hour or so of complete rest and relaxtion.

A sound bath is a meditative experience in which participants are enveloped in the harmonious tones of crystal singing bowls. The bowls, made from pure quartz crystal, emit frequencies that can help reduce stress, calm the mind, and promote physical and emotional well-being. During the session, you simply lie back, relax, and allow the waves of sound to wash over you. Why not step out of the every day stress spiral & let the sound guide you back to yourself?
