Nicky will be returning on 20th April with her beautiful crystal singing bowls to offer a spring sound bath and a chance to pause, soften, and reconnect as the season turns. Expect deep rest, gentle grounding, and a nourishing sound journey designed to leave you feeling lighter, clearer, and more at home in your body.
A sound bath is a meditative experience in which participants are enveloped in the harmonious tones of crystal singing bowls. The bowls, made from pure quartz crystal, emit frequencies that can help reduce stress, calm the mind, and promote physical and emotional well-being. During the session, you simply lie back, relax, and allow the waves of sound to wash over you.
