There are still some spaces for our first sound bath of the year with Nicky. 

A sound bath is a meditative experience in which participants are enveloped in the harmonious tones of crystal singing bowls. The bowls, made from pure quartz crystal, emit frequencies that can help reduce stress, calm the mind, and promote physical and emotional well-being.
