October is breast cancer awareness month - something close to many of our hearts

 

We are offering "COMPLIMENTARY" express Pilates & Reformer classes with the option to make a donation towards Breast Cancer Now.

 

Join us for an afternoon of Fun, Pilates and treats.  Mixed ability, so suitable for all levels, including beginners.

 

Mat classes are 35 minutes long & Reformer sessions 30 minutes.
