Our wonderful in house breathwork leader Jane has a ‘particular set of skills’ & another is baking delicious cakes!

Jane is doing a take on the MacMillan coffee morning next week.

Instead of everybody dropping crumbs all over the studio , Jane will create cake boxes of different treats to purchase & eat at home or with friends. Maybe taking a moment to think about how cancer has touched our lives or just pausing from our mad busy lives just to eat cake - and enjoy it!!
