Class tonight Tuesday 17th March

Tuesday, March 17th, 2020

Class will be running tonight. We won’t be using our equipment but you can bring your own and your own towel, if you wish. I understand that some of you may prefer not to attend & I would be grateful if you could let me know if this is the case.
If you have recently returned from overseas or are displaying symptoms of Coronavirus or are in contact with anyone displaying symptoms we ask that you follow government guidelines. Again please keep us informed.
Many thanks once again.

Latest Coronavirus Update

Monday, March 16th, 2020

At this moment we will still be running classes but have made the decision not to use equipment at all and Laura and I will be solely teaching from the front of the class. In addition we will be gradually reducing class sizes to smaller groups.
If you would like to have individual sessions instead, I do have some availability. I will take bookings for those on a “first come, first served basis”.
I understand that some of you may prefer not to attend for the time being and I would be grateful if you could let me know if this is the case.

If you have recently returned from overseas or are displaying symptoms of Coronavirus or are in contact with anyone displaying symptoms we ask that you follow government guidelines. Again please keep us informed.
I appreciate your co-operation with this matter and as always thank you for your understanding and support.

Stay safe.

Cathy

COVID-19

Sunday, March 15th, 2020

COVID-19 UPDATE.
Classes will be running as normal, unless we are advised otherwise. In which case we will inform you asap.
We are taking additional precautionary measures to ensure the health and safety of our clients – this is our number one priority.
We are closely monitoring the Coronavirus (COVID-19) situation and following the advice provided by Public Health Walws (PHW).
We are committed to providing our clients with a safe and hygienic space to exercise in and we are taking this situation seriously. We have increased the level of cleaning and hygiene in the studio and equipment is being cleaned regularly. For the time being I have removed the therabands as they are difficult to clean properly but you are welcome to bring your own, if you have one.

These cleaning tasks are quite time consuming,so if you are able to help by bringing your own towel to class, it would be greatly appreciated. If that’s not possible, we will still provide towels and assure you that as usual they are washed after every use.

If we are notified of any issue in the studio, or if another client contracts the virus, we will notify you immediately and take appropriate steps.
May I also ask that if you have recently returned from a holiday abroad, you get in touch with me to discuss the situation. My email appears to be working now and is info@thepilatescentre.co.uk or you can call/text 07939592137.

Let’s continue to enjoy our Pilates sessions in a safe and sensible manner!
Many thanks for your consideration and as always for your continued support.
