We’re so pleased to announce that the studio is finally open for matwork classes and one to one sessions. We have had to make some changes to the timetable and places are limited but it’s a start!

Having trialled a few small studio classes initially, we are now open for class on :

Monday 6.30 pm

Tuesday 9.30 am

Wednesday 9.30 am

Thursday 7.30 pm

Friday 9.30 am

In order to observe the 2 metre social distancing, there will be a max of 7 clients per class, which allows everyone a personal space of over 2 metres. The studio will be deep cleaned before each session and when possible the door and windows will remain open. There will be no back to back classes and we are running considerably fewer sessions during the week.

We are asking clients to provide their own mat, head support and any other small equipment you might like to use. The instructor may be wearing a face covering to greet you but not during the class and will maintain 2 metres distance throughout the session. It is up to you whether you wish to wear a face covering. We also ask that you bring your own water and towel.

Hand sanitiser is available in the corridors and in the studio and the toilets will be open. We ask that you leave any unnecessary items in your car to keep the studio as uncluttered as possible.

If you wish to book in for studio classes please email Tracey at admin@thepilatescentre.co.uk. If you are unable to attend we require at least 72 hours’ notice so that we can offer the place to another client. However if you are displaying any of the symptoms of Covid19/Coronavirus you must not turn up for class and must inform us ASAP.

Obviously this is uncharted territory for all of us and the situation may be subject to change at any time. We are adhering to guidelines and rules from the Welsh Government which are also subject to change. Full details of payment options and how to enter the studio etc will follow once you have booked in.

ONLINE CLASSES – We understand that some of you may not be ready to return to the studio just yet, so for the time being online (Zoom) classes will continue on :

Tuesday 6.30 pm

Wednesday 6.30 pm

Saturday 10.30 am

There is now a charge for these classes. For login and payment details email Cathy at info@thepilatescentre.co.uk.

We are really looking forward to seeing everyone again and are doing our utmost to provide a safe and welcoming environment for you to exercise.
