Exciting News

We are very excited to announce that Jane Cullingford a registered Dietician, Yoga Teacher and Mindfulness Instructor will be joining our team commencing in June.

Jane will be offering an introduction to Yoga called “Hatha Yoga” – Hatha yoga – asana (postures) pranayama (breathwork) & nidra (relaxation/yogic sleep). We will be running a four-week course commencing on Monday 7th June. For further information contact us however, please remember places are limited and offered on a first come first served basis.

Virtual Pilates Classes 2021

Following the recent lockdown update, the studio will be closed for at least another three weeks, probably longer. We will however continue with our live online classes.

The new block of online Pilates sessions commences on Tuesday 2nd February at 6.30pm. It is a four week block with classes via Zoom, running on Tuesday and Wednesday at 6.30pm and Saturday 10.30am. Please contact Cathy at info@thepilatescentre.co.uk for further information or to book your place.

Happy New Year!

Hope you all had a safe and peaceful Christmas and New Year.

Time to work off those pounds we put on over Christmas! The studio has to remain closed for the time being but our online classes will recommence on Tuesday 5th January at 6.30pm.

Sessions will run on Tuesday 6.30pm, Wednesday 6.30pm and Saturday 10.30am. It will be a four week block and you can attend however many classes you choose within that block. For further information and payment details please contact Cathy at info@thepilatescentre.co.uk.
